Hillcrest Flyover brings relief to Sodnac residents

The Hillcrest flyover at Trianon is now operational after nearly two years of construction. The bridge was officially opened by Prime Minister Pravind Kumar Jugnauth on 11 August 2021. This bridge will provide a seamless access to and exit from Sodnac, thus easing the burden on St Jean Road, Quatre Bornes, especially in the wake of the forthcoming Metro Express network in the region

The flyover has cost about Rs 276 million and is part of the Road Decongestion Programme of the government. The Prime minister stated that government is modernising our road network to improve the lives of citizens.
